Single Parent Status: This service is intended for individuals who are single parents, legal guardians, or are open to dating single parents.

Personal Warranty: By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions. You also represent and warrant that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation: To use our Services, you must create an account, which includes providing certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are advised to log out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using a public or shared computer.

Exclusive Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

3. Code of Conduct

Your profile and User Content will not be shared with or made visible on any other third-party dating websites without your express consent.

6. Safety and Interactions with Others

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY CURRENTLY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION CHECKS ON ITS USERS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS.

You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person. You should never provide your financial information (e.g., credit card or bank account information) to other users.

7. Paid Services and Subscriptions

The Company may offer enhanced features or premium memberships for a fee. If you choose to subscribe to these paid services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as they will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be automatically renewed through our secure payment partner (e.g., Stripe). You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription to avoid future charges., and you are responsible for canceling your subscription in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase to avoid future charges.

8. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;

You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in the "Settings" section of your profile.

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for any breach of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to remove your account information or data from our Services at any time.

10. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available." The company expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. we do not guarantee and do not promise any specific results from the use of the site or the service.

In no event will the company be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, emotional distress, or any physical harm arising from use of the Site or the Service.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
